We appreciate that before signing up for a block of classes you might want to try one first. It's a great opportunity to see what goes on in a session, decide if it is the right level for your child and to meet the coach.



We offer a free trial class at most venues as long as we have space in your desired time slot.

If you want to book a trial class please fill our trial-form here, or call/email us to let us know which class you wish to join, and your child's details (name, age and your mobile number).

We'll reply to let you know if there is space, and if not we will try to suggest another slot for you.



The trial classes are completely free, and absolutely no problem if you decide a session is not right for you or your child.

If you would like your child to get involved with BSS, but there are no sessions in your area, just ​contact us​ and put your details down on our waiting list, and we will get back in touch as we expand throughout the country..​
